Service Providers and Subprocessors

SendOps is a software product operated by AltaCoda LLC (“AltaCoda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The following third-party providers may process personal data on behalf of AltaCoda in connection with the SendOps Service, our public websites, or the SendOps Partner Program. Providers that process customer-controlled Personal Data are Sub-Processors under our DPA. Providers used only for AltaCoda-controlled business data, such as website acquisition data or partner agreements, are service providers but not necessarily DPA Sub-Processors for every customer.

The connected AWS account is not our subprocessor. Email sent through SendOps is transmitted by Amazon SES inside an AWS account owned by you or your Client, under the owner’s agreement with AWS. AWS appears above only in respect of infrastructure AltaCoda operates in its own account.
We apply appropriate contractual and data-protection restrictions to each provider based on its role. Further Sub-Processors that process customer-controlled Personal Data are bound to obligations consistent with our DPA.
This list may be updated from time to time as we add or remove providers. Material changes to Sub-Processors that process customer-controlled Personal Data will be communicated in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Other changes will be reflected here and handled under our Privacy Policy.
