Where we started
We kept building the same email system, the hard way.
Before SendOps, I worked at several SaaS companies, and we kept running into the same email problems.
We needed welcome emails, trial reminders, and product announcements. But the tools were expensive, especially as our customer lists grew. And getting marketing and development to work together on email workflows was harder than it should have been. Testing was slow, things broke silently, and building our own solution meant taking on a whole new set of problems.
SendOps is the tool I wish we’d had back then.
It uses your own Amazon SES account to keep sending costs low, gives marketers a visual way to build workflows, and lets developers work with those same workflows in code. Everyone can test, make changes, and see what’s happening.
No unnecessary complexity. Just a better way to manage email for SaaS.
