For Marketing Teams
Own your email performance. Not the infrastructure behind it.
SendOps gives marketing teams a dashboard built for email: preview templates with real data, send test emails in one click, track opens and clicks by template, and get alerted when deliverability dips. No AWS access needed. No developer in the loop.
Stop waiting on engineering for email answers
Every email question ends the same way: ask a developer, wait for a deploy, file a ticket, check back tomorrow. "What does the welcome email look like now?" "Can we test a new subject line?" "Why did our open rate drop last week?" These are marketing questions with engineering bottlenecks.
SendOps removes the bottleneck. Preview templates with your own test data, send test emails to your inbox, track engagement by template and domain, manage your suppression list — all from a dashboard designed for the people who actually care about email performance.
What stays the same
Your tools. Your workflow. Better visibility.
Your application sends email the same way. SendOps doesn't change how emails are sent. Your engineering team's code, SDKs, and SMTP setup all stay the same.
No new tools to learn. The SendOps dashboard is a web app. Log in, see your templates, check your analytics. No CLI, no config files, no Git.
Engineering stays in control of templates. Templates are managed in code through pull requests. You get read-only access to preview and test — never the ability to accidentally break production.
Your marketer role is built in. SendOps has a dedicated marketing role with the right permissions: full analytics, suppression management, test sends, and template previews. Nothing more, nothing less.
Your toolkit
Everything you need to run email — without touching code
Preview templates with real data
Pick a template, choose a test data profile (or create your own in the dashboard), and see exactly what the email looks like — rendered with real variables, not placeholder text. Send a test email to your inbox with one click. No deploy needed, no developer involved.
→ Learn moreTrack opens, clicks, and deliverability
See engagement metrics by template, by domain, by ISP. Open rates, click rates, delivery latency, bounce reasons, complaint analysis — all in one dashboard. Export reports or set up scheduled digests. Filter by date range, channel, or sending domain.
→ Learn moreManage your suppression list
View and manage suppressed email addresses — bounces, complaints, and manual additions. Add addresses individually or in bulk. Remove addresses when issues are resolved. Marketing has full suppression management permissions without needing admin access.
→ Learn moreKnow when something breaks
Bounce rate spikes? Complaint rate climbing? Open rate drops? Get alerts in Slack, email, or webhooks. Marketing can subscribe to the alerts that matter to them — engagement drops, reputation warnings, sending quota thresholds — without configuring anything in AWS.

How marketing uses SendOps
Scenario: Reviewing a template update before it goes live
Engineering opens a pull request with a template change.
Your developer updated the order confirmation email to include a new returns section. You get a notification (Slack, email, or dashboard) that a template changed.
Preview the change with your test data.
Open the template in the SendOps dashboard. Select one of your test data profiles — maybe "VIP customer" or "first-time buyer" — and see the rendered email side by side with the current version.
Send a test email to your inbox.
Click "Send test" and pick a profile. A real email arrives in your inbox within seconds, rendered with the profile's data. Check it on desktop and mobile. No deploy, no staging environment.
Check engagement after the template goes live.
The PR merges. The template deploys. Open the engagement dashboard, filter by template, and watch open and click rates for the updated version. Compare to the previous period.
Something looks off? You'll see it first.
Open rate drops on the new template? You'll see it in the analytics before anyone else notices. Flag it to engineering, or check the bounce/complaint breakdown to see if it's a deliverability issue vs. a content issue.
