Build onboarding, trial-conversion, return-visit, cart-recovery, and win-back journeys. Start by connecting your AWS account.

## Workflow authoring

The visual canvas and SendFlow source are two views of the same workflow. Use triggers, sends, waits, branches, random splits, and named exits. Keep definitions in Git and push from CI, or edit them in the dashboard, API, or MCP. SendOps keeps version history with restore.

## SMS, push, and actions beyond email

Add a webhook step to call your own service for SMS, push notifications, CRM updates, or other actions. SendOps sends the contact and step context to a registered endpoint and waits for its response. Your service handles external delivery and channel consent. A failed branch can send an email fallback; custom activities can bring results back into the workflow.

See [push notifications in a drip](https://help.sendops.dev/workflows/push-notifications) and the [SendFlow cookbook](https://www.sendlang.com/docs/sendflow/cookbook/).

## Test and understand

Shadow mode rehearses real journeys while recording external effects instead of performing them. Review enrollment scope, consent, frequency caps, and approval before going live. Inspect per-node funnels, goal exits, and per-contact timelines. Existing journeys remain on the version they enrolled under.

## Website triggers

Google Tag Manager can record visits for previously identified contacts returning without a fresh sign-in. Combine a second pricing-page visit with a non-conversion condition, or a return visit with cart and order activity. Unknown anonymous browsers are not identified by SendOps.

## Complete email toolkit

Workflows come with audience tools, templates, broadcasts, analytics, message search, DMARC monitoring, deliverability management, alerts, inbound receiving, API, and MCP.

## Flat platform pricing

Free $0, Team $29/month, Business $149/month. No per-contact fees or per-email charges from SendOps. AWS usage is billed separately. Plan limits apply to team and platform resources.

## Delivery ownership

Delivery runs through your own AWS SES account. Existing application email sent directly through SES does not depend on SendOps availability. SendOps operates the workflow orchestration.
